Nett Doors have one production facility and it is located in a small town in Sounthern Estonia called Viljandi. We have production space of 4250 m² and warehouse space of 2500 m².
In one shift basis, our production capacity is 18 000 doors per month.
Our door production is divided by three departments:
Contains wide range of woodworking operations in modern and precise machines. This department creates from sawn timber the finished components that will be used to make up doors. Main woodworking proccesses related are: optimimizing cross-cutting, profiling, glueing, laminating, CNC-routing, drilling and dowelling.
In this department the products are assembled from finished components, trimmed to their final sizes, 100% quality controlled in repair lines and sanded to high quality surface finish according to customer needs.
Takes care of labeling, shrink wrapping of the products, secure preparation of the pallets for transportation through palletizing, spin-wrapping and band-wrapping.
